Welcome to my blog. I am going to share with you the portraits and the stories behind them. Writing is not my best skill so I apologize for the errors that are sure to occur.
There are so many fun birthday shots to take and pick from. But when it's your own child it gets really overwhelming. I kept thinking I had to match my oldest child's portraits with my youngest. Once I decide to just take pictures of the few outfits I like him best in, and just match the smash cake sessions things started to take shape. Here are a few shots from August Brion's One Year Portrait Session!
Every aspect of Missy and Jess's wedding was meticulously planned out and most of it was handmade by the couple to create a nature inspired wedding day that anyone would love. One of my favorite handmade items for their special day were the benches they sat on during the ceremony. The idea being that if they ever needed to go back to the begining they could go sit on the benches on the front porch and talk. A couples wedding day goes by so fast that having everyday mementos, like benches and wedding portraits, are great for looking back and remember how beautiful your wedding day was.
Missy and Jess's wedding at Atwood Lake in Ohio was picture perfect! The fact that we were able to capture outside portraits in Ohio in late November was amazing. The expressions on the brides make these wedding portraits absolutely stunning! I am honored to share with you just a few of the wedding portraits from Missy and Jess's wedding day.
Allan and Jenniffer's wedding day was so much fun! The fall colors at Villa Parker in Parker Colorado were at their peak that weekend and the weather was perfect! We did it all at this wedding: a big reveal, fun & formal photos, a sand ceremony, and a reception that was as fun and unique as the blue wedding cake. I've done over 250 weddings and this is my first blue cake! We even got to capture them leaving with a sparkler aisle to walk down. Thank you Allan, Jenniffer and family for allowing me to be a part of your special day. I loved it.
